What surfaces can Gaffer Tape be applied to?
Gaffer Tape (stage/matte cloth tape) can firmly adhere to various materials such as wood, metal, glass, stone, plastic, carpet, fabric, leather, etc. due to its high initial adhesion, easy to tear, non reflective, and minimal removal of residual adhesive.

Poor adhesion effect or not recommended
• Low surface energy plastics:such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), are difficult to adhere and prone to detachment.
• Very rough/porous surface: untreated cement walls, brick walls - small contact area, poor adhesion.
• Dust/oil stains/damp surfaces: Any tape will significantly reduce adhesion.
• Long term outdoor exposure: UV exposure can cause the fabric to age, become brittle, and leave residue difficult to clean (it is not an all-weather outdoor tape).
