What is FSK Aluminum tape?
FSK Aluminum foil tape is a composite material designed specifically for insulation, waterproofing, and sealing. It is composed of an aluminum foil layer, a glass fiber reinforced mesh (laminated layer), and kraft paper, coated with high-performance pressure-sensitive adhesive (solvent based or acrylic adhesive). Its core features include:
Triple structure:
◉ Surface layer: 7 μ m pure aluminum foil (reflectivity>85%), effectively blocking heat radiation.
◉ Reinforcement layer: Bidirectional fiberglass mesh (e.g. 8 × 16 pieces/100mm), enhances tensile strength (longitudinal ≥ 100N/2cm, transverse ≥ 65N/2cm).
◉ Substrate: 55g kraft paper or flame-retardant cloth to enhance durability.
